Pengarah Pusat Pengajian Pembangunan Ungku Aziz (UAC), Universiti Malaya, Datin Sri Profesor Dr. Suhaiza Hanim Dato’ Mohamad Zailani telah dijemput sebagai wakil akademik Universiti Malaya dalam Global Poverty Reduction and Development Forum 2026 anjuran Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China (MARA) yang berlangsung di Beijing, China pada 27 Mei 2026.

Penyertaan beliau dalam forum berprestij ini mencerminkan pengiktirafan antarabangsa terhadap kepakaran serta peranan Universiti Malaya dalam memperkukuh agenda pembangunan, pembasmian kemiskinan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di peringkat global.

The Director of the Ungku Aziz Centre for Development Studies (UAC), Universiti Malaya, Datin Sri Professor Dr. Suhaiza Hanim Dato’ Mohamad Zailani has been invited to serve as an academic representative of Universiti Malaya at the Global Poverty Reduction and Development Forum 2026, organised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China (MARA), held in Beijing, China on 27 May 2026.

Her participation in this prestigious forum reflects international recognition of her expertise, as well as Universiti Malaya’s role in strengthening the global agenda on development, poverty eradication, and social well-being.
